Here's a nice little runabout from Argentina, from what I can understand the chap started building it in 1962 and has just finished. SHR stands for "SueƱo Hecho Realidad" or "Dream come true".

Nice, it has a bit of mini Ford Consul/Zephyr/Zodiac in its styling.
