Could be a Zaporozhets turned into a Bigfoot. When I was younger and my brain was disengaged I considered the idea of canibalising a Heinkel-Trojan to similar effect.

You´re definitively right. Its a Zaporozhets 965 produced between 1960 and 1969. (The design was copied from the Fiat 600).
Unfortunately many were tuned. Stretch limousines, racing cars and lots of other show cars existing.
