I'm going to advertise my 1953 Peugeot Triporteur on ebay sometime soon.

Have put it through the workshop now and it's running.

I took a video of it with my mobile phone and thought I'd see if I could add video to the forum. Here goes...

try using the "PREVIEW" button first before you POST and then you will see that it will not "embed" in the message.
the link still works though.

I did use preview. But if i remove the part of the html not embedded the link doesn't work.

So now we can add videos...

'see youve got my old BSA B31 on their as well'

- I've started putting some of Stuart Bray's bikes on BuyVintage Auctions too. Is that your old B31, that started yesterday Dan?

Thanks Jim.

So could we all now add videos of our rum's to the forum by

taking short videos with our mobile phones,

uploading short clips to photobucket,

and copying the link to the forum post?

(Apologies that this one's not a brilliant video, but I just wanted to see if video upload worked)

Hi Colin, talking of movies I've posted the links to the Pathe films on the forum, as I didn't have your email. Incidentally we had a conversation at the gates of Bealieu, about a magazine article picturing a Scootacar in the corner of a yard full of cars, very strange coincidence as the article was actually the one you did for Classic & Sports car dated 1988, entitled 'down memory lane', I think I'll buy my lottery ticket now.

...And, in fact, that's the scootacar I was referring to at the gates of Beaulieu during that conversation, as the 'outside privy' - so nicknamed at the time because a drunk once wandered into my yard in Boscombe and mistook the scootacar for just that. (At least he had the decency to open its door first).

And thanks for linking the pathe news clips thro the forum; not only are they fantastic, but that's what made me realize we could add videos.
