I've just bought a 1950 Lloyd 650 and am interested in getting in touch with other owners. This car is on the road, running and in good condition.

I've seen a mention of a Trilox invalid carriage at Trowbridge museum (in Wiltshire), but I haven't seen it and I've no idea whether this is the same one that Stuart mentions

Cheers for your reply, it would be nice if it had been restored

I know this is a long dead topic but anyone know what happened to the restoration of the Trilox at the top of the page?

Unusual Microcar Discussion / Re: Oldschool microcars - where are they?

Ask and you shall receive! Apparently there is quite a big movement to actually bring back microcars, including Isetta. So far I see the Dutch leading the fun race but others are keeping up. Here are the few Chinese: Thunder Power Chloe; YKS1 - from the Netherlands; Microlino and Artega Karo Isetta both from the Switzerland. I can only keep my fingers crossed for those brands to have a breakthrough they deserve!

Too bad it's electric. I'm also not a fan of it's design. I'd absolutely prefer something more retro, but I guess this car is supposed to appeal to the youngest customers, which means more screens, electronics and other flashy gadgets. I guess I'm not interested in this car  ;D
